My no-name plant has silver and white stripes on top and burgandy under the leaf?

So, I got a plant. NO idea what its name is to learn to care for it. It is small, one inch leaves. White and Silver Stripes on top and is burgandy on the undersides of each leaf. I thought it was a Wondering Jew or Zebra. But its care guide made the leaves on the bottom of the plant turn brown and shrivel up.

Does anyone know what its name might be? If so, how to care for it?

Thanks

It really sounds like a wandering jew plant

generic plant tags are notorious for bad info

when the plant has too little light( or too much or too little water)

it will lose its oldest leaves and those are the ones you describe

morning sun

water when the top 1-2 inches of soil feels dry

do not let it stand in water

fertilize monthly

pinch the tips of the trailing stems to encourage branching

here is a care link

Reply:Sounds like a Rheo plant. Look a bit like Wandering jew, but grow upright not running. There is a variety called 'tickled pink' that is as you describe.
Reply:It could be a cordyline. If it is a succulent of some kind then it doesn't need much water. It may have been overwatered.
